Global warming not a strategic issue

Russ Steele

I am a big fan of Thomas Barnett's insight, though I do not always agree with his politics, his ability as a strategic thinker is hard to challenge. Here are his thoughts on global warming. He thinks we have more important problems in the Core and Gap that we need to fix first, providing a better cost to benefit ratio for our efforts.  Right, lets fix the faster moving threats, before we tackle slower moving global warming.
