I have always been interested in Peak Oil issues and when I spotted this blog post by Jeff P, the Union Editor this morning, I read with interest, coming back this evening to read all the comments and post one of my own. There was one very interesting comment.

Could crude oil production soon plateau?
04:50, 2007-Nov-19The Wall Street Journal has a compelling article on the front page this morning questioning whether crude oil will plateau: "A growing number of oil-industry chieftains are endorsing an idea long deemed fringe: The world is approaching a practical limit to the number of barrels of crude oil that can be pumped every day." . . .
There was two comments when I logged in at about 7:00am this morning.
Now at 5:30pm there are none. Where did they go? Here is what was on the Union Blog at 5:30, just a big blank comment space.
