We are all against dirty air, but AB32 is not about air pollution. The opponents of AB32 suspension want voters to think it is about dirty air and dirty energy. They want voters to think that passing the AB32 suspension is all about polluting the air by Texas Oil Companies. They are re-framing the issue from CO2 emissions to dirty air pollution.
