According to the liberals promoting anthropogenic global warming, who are supporting implementation of AB32, the only acceptable evidence that warming is not happening is peer reviewed papers published in approved scientific journals. So how much credibility does this non-peer reviewed report have?
State's heavy polluters also biggest donors to Prop. 23
But according to a study compiled by the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and the California Environmental Justice Alliance, the two oil companies have produced hundreds of thousands of toxic chemicals, including ammonia, sulfuric acid, asbestos and lead compounds at their refineries in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.
This is a self published study. I could not find any evidence the study was submitted for a peer review.
The Ella Baker Center for Human Rights was started by Van Jones, Obama’s Green Job Czar, a declared Communist who wants to destroy capitalism. He has proposed that environmental laws be used as the wrecking ball. This is the legacy of the Ella Baker Center, who conducted this study and funds the web site against Prop 23. This was not a peer reviewed study and should have not standing in the debate, by the lefts own standard.
Exit Question: Was this a valid study, or a smear job by liberals who want to destroy California Jobs?
VOTE YES on PROP 23
