The Union is finally catching up with the thousands of moble phoine users and have posted an App for viewing the Union on line. Now if the rest of the business and chamber got the message, many people have given up their laptops for smartphones.

Users of Apple's iPhone or the Android smartphones can take The Union with them wherever they go with The Union's smartphone apps.

To obtain The Union's mobile app, visit the App Store on iPhone or the Market on Android and search for "The Union Mobile Local News."

Although there isn't an iPad specific version, the iPhone version can be used on the Apple iPad until the iPad version is available.

The mobile App lets users contribute photos directly from their smartphone's built-in camera.
