Reappointing Mary Nichols chairwoman of the California Air Resources Board, a post she held when Brown was governor before, signals that Brown is not ready to become to business friendly just yet. I guess he has some plans for the carbon taxes that CARB will be squeezing from consumers, via the fee on CO2 emitter across the state. These target companies will just pass the carbon tax fees on to consumers.
These fees should help the Governors of Texas, Ohio, and Florida recruit even more of California businesses to leave the state, details here.
