With the arrival of CARBs new job killing regulations in 2011, I have decided to track the changes in local fuel prices as these regulations are implemented. I will be tracking the price of fuel at Robinson Service Station on Lower Grass Valley Road. I have included the average national prices from the US Energy Information Administration for comparison with local prices. The national price will lag the local prices by one week. The width of that divergence will be an indicator of how much CARB is costing us. (Click for a larger image.)
Fuel prices continue to creep up across the nation and in the County, with no major divergence.
